You accept not to:

- You can not post ads fraud Donation, Charity, Fundraising, Crowdfunding, Philanthropy, CSR, WAQF, Zakat, Infaq & Charity and Volunteerism;
- You will not post any, abusive, threatening, obscene, or indecent material and nothing related to illegal synthetic drugs;
- Posting anything misleading or false;
- Infringe any third party right;
- Any kind of distribution of chain letters, spam or pyramid schemes;
- Any kind of copy, modification or distribution of others personal info or content without their permission;
- Any post related to any info that exploits minors;
- Crop or otherwise gather information about others, counting email addresses, without their permission;
- Bypass steps used to avert or limit access to Dompet Donation;
- Trying to decode, disassemble, decompile or overturn engineer any of the software or in any way creating all or any fraction of the site; changing any meta data, copying or replicating in any way any of the content, structuring of or linking to any of the site its substance or information obtainable from the site without the state written permission of agents of the site;

We fully have the rights at our discretion to restrict a user’s usage of the site either temporarily or permanently, or refuse a user’s resignation.
Use of Wallet Donation Materials
Any message or ad that you post, broadcast viewing areas of the site will be treated as non-proprietary to you. You recognize after understanding that any such messages and ads may be utilized by Dompet Donation or our sponsors without sanction or review by you, for any kind of function for any reason, via any means, enlisting our print media if any. Premium Package Ads and Regular Package Ads Policy
Dompet Donation offers you to choose between two types both of Premium Package Ads and Regular Package Ads. Premium Package Ads help you make your ad more visible, reach out to more consumers and sell your product or service faster than Regular Package Ads.To opt for both Premium Package Ads or Regular Package Ads, you need to first start posting your ad on Dompet. As part of the Post ad flow, you will have an option to post your ad as a both Premium Package Ads or Regular Package Ads. At this stage, you can select for Premium or Regular Package Ads option.
- Regular Package Ads:
• Regular package ads per month, 3 month, 6 month, year
• Ads is only displayed in the regular listing list menu according to category - Premium Package Ads:
• Premium Package Ads per month, 3 month, 6 month, year
• Ads are displayed on the main page on the latest featured ads list, in the featured ads list menu and on the regular ads list
• The opportunity for ads to be seen/purchased by customers is greater than regular ads
• Featured ads category and recommended
Payments
Upon selecting both the Regular or Premium Package Ads option while posting content on the Website, you shall be redirected to a third-party payment processing site to make payment through various channels such as net banking, debit card and credit card (“Payment Gateway”). You agree that your Content will be displayed as Featured Ads only upon receipt of payment confirmation from the Payment Gateway. Upon making payment to us, through any medium whatsoever, you warrant to us that you are entitled to use the medium or otherwise make the payment to us under applicable law.
Refund Policy
If you choose to delete or deactivate both any Regular or Premium Package Ads prior to the period for which it is active, we will not be liable to refund you for any unutilized time. The above refund policy shall not also be applicable in the event any Paid Content is found to be violating the Terms.
Privacy Policy
The site has originated a privacy policy setting forth how information composed about you is stored, collected & used. Your use of Dompet Donation implies agreement and acknowledgement with our privacy policy.
Fees
Dompet Donation Fees are generally standard rates for both Premium and Regular Package Advertisements. Site users must comply with Dompet Donation policies and there are no refund after you post the ad.

Dompet Donation has no power over and is not accountable for the content of or claims made on websites that may be linked to or from the Site, whether or not they may be associated with the site. Any websites connected to or from the site are for your handiness only, and you access them at your own jeopardy.
Liability
Not anything in these terms shall boundary our liability for death, personal injury or fraudulent misrepresentation, resulting from our carelessness or the negligence of our agents or employees. You consent not to hold us to blame for things other users post or do.
Dompet Donation do not review users’ postings and are not concerned in the definite transactions between users. As most of the content on Dompet Donation comes from other users, we do not promise the correctness of postings or user communications or the excellence, safety, or legality of what’s proffered.
In no event do we believe liability of any account for the posting of any illegal, bullying, insulting, defamatory, obscene or offensive information, or material of any kind which violates or infringes upon the rights of any other person, including without restraint any transmissions constituting or hopeful conduct that would comprise a criminal offence, give rise to civil liability or otherwise defy any valid law.
