Actions of authorized parties that affect the continuity of Service Delivery;

Commercialize our applications or information or software related to such applications;
Collect information about our users without consent;
Circumvent the technical measures we use to provide the Services.

Any attempt to manipulate our services or our policies may result in action against your account. In addition to deletion, you may be subject to various other actions, including the right to advertise or suspension of your account, including but not limited to legal action.
Because use of the Services requires an Internet connection, you may have to pay fees associated with Internet access when using the Services or the Site. Users are responsible for carrying out all necessary settings to access the Services or Site.

Compensation

If as a user you use the information on the Service for purposes other than those stated in the paragraph above, then we can limit your access to the Service and take the necessary legal steps for your actions.
Implementation of Activities
Implementation of access activities to the Service is available to the public, however, to place advertisements you are required to be a registered user, each registered user can only register 1 (one) email and this email must be the same and/or with the representative email on your profile.
Dompet Donation has the right to withdraw and/or change the services provided without prior notification. From time to time, Dompet Donation may restrict access to some parts of the site and/or the entire Service to users.
If a user chooses or is given a password (user identification code) or other piece of information as part of the Service’s security procedures, the user is obliged to maintain the confidentiality of that information and is not permitted to disclose it to third parties.
Dompet Donation has the right to disable the password function (user identification code), regardless of whether chosen by the user or determined by Dompet Donation under any circumstances and at any time.
As a registered user, we may provide you with a special sign including but not limited to the purpose of validating the veracity of the information you provide to us. This validation is free, not mandatory and does not incur any fees, but you are expected to participate in this activity. Service Changes
Dompet Donation has the right to update and/or change the appearance and/or Service and/or content of the Service regularly and at any time, in order to provide better service to each of its users.
If necessary, Dompet Donation can suspend access to the Service, or temporarily close it for an indefinite period of time.
With regard to information about users and user visits to the Service, Dompet Donation has the right to process information about users in accordance with the policies stated in the Privacy Policy. By using the Service, the user agrees to such processing and guarantees that all data provided is correct.
Uploading Materials to the Services
You acknowledge and agree that you are responsible for the Material you post, transmit through or link to the Service and any consequences arising from such actions. If a user places an ad in the paid advertising category and uses the ad promotion feature, the user gives Dompet Donation the right to charge a fee for this activity.
Dompet Donation has the right to remove any content, materials or other parts of advertising, in whole or in part, that users post on the Service or Site without prior notification to the user. This includes but is not limited to if the advertisement contains content, material or parts that are sensitive, offensive, can trigger hatred, defame, contain material that triggers ethnic, religious, racial, inter-group divisions, pornography, gambling, or is contrary to norms of ethics, decency and law applicable in the Republic of Indonesia and are not in accordance with the rules applicable to the Service.
Ad Duration
The active period of the advertisement is as stated on the advertisement page. After the ad’s active period expires, the ad is automatically and permanently deleted.
Links (hyperlinks) from the Services
The Service may contain links (hyperlinks) to other sites and/or resources provided by third parties, where Dompet Donation confirms that these links (hyperlinks) are provided only as information for users. Dompet Donation disclaims its obligation to control the contents of sites and/or resources that occur due to links (hyperlinks) on the Service.
Dompet Donation is not responsible for any loss and/or damage that may arise as a result of using the Service.
Relations with Third Parties
You acknowledge and agree that Dompet Donation will not be responsible for your interactions with third parties on the Site or through the Services. This includes, but is not limited to, payment and delivery of goods and services, as well as other terms, conditions, warranties or representations related to interactions between you and third parties. These General Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy and Advertising Prohibitions as well as the user’s relationship with Dompet Donation are subject to, regulated and comply with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, and the user agrees to be bound by the legal jurisdiction of the Republic of Indonesia.
If there is a dispute in the interpretation and implementation of these General Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy and Advertising Prohibitions, the parties agree to resolve it by deliberation to reach a consensus.

Refund Policy
If you choose to delete or deactivate both any Regular or Premium Package Ads prior to the period for which it is active, we will not be liable to refund you for any unutilized time.
